Powell Peralta Per Welinder Nordic Skull Natural Skateboard Deck Reissue is a premium quality product made from 7 ply hard-rock maple. The deck has a width of 9.62" and a length of 29.75", with a wheelbase of 14.88". The deck nose measures 3.65" while the deck tail is 6.23". It features Shape 193B with Concave SP3, and a long 4 - 2.5" Old School Truck Hole Pattern. Please note that this product includes the deck only, and grip tape is not included.

Constructed with materials sourced from Mexico, the deck is made from U.S. hard rock maple and glue that meets specific specifications. It is warranted against delamination for its entire useful life. The shape and graphics are designed in Santa Barbara, CA.

The Nordic Skull artwork, featuring the iconic Per Welinder Viking Skull illustration by V.C. Johnson in 1984, pays homage to Per's Swedish heritage. Originally created for his freestyle model, the artwork was updated in 1986 to include a rock texture background. In 1987, a new full-length graphic was adapted for a street model as Per transitioned into performing freestyle/street demos. The runic stone lettering from the eighth century spells out Per's name and the empowering quote, "Search and strive, push beyond with strength, yours not theirs, that is the key," a concept developed by Per himself. The graphic was also used for T-shirts and stickers.
